Terms and Conditions
A. Visa Decision Disclaimer
In the event that a visa is refused by the Embassy/High Commission/Immigration Authority, Vital Tip Immigration shall not be held responsible. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from such refusal.
B. Client Withdrawal
If a visa is granted and the Client subsequently decides not to utilize it or withdraws from the process, the Client remains responsible for paying the service charges and fees originally agreed upon.
C. Third-Party Services
When booking or arranging services through airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other third-party providers, the Client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions imposed by such suppliers. The Client further agrees to abide by the payment terms, refund policies, and usage restrictions of such providers.
D. Violations of Supplier Terms
Any violation of a supplier’s terms (including but not limited to misuse, cancellation, or no-show) may result in cancellation of bookings, denial of services, forfeiture of payments, and/or additional charges. The Client agrees to bear all such costs, if any, arising due to non-compliance.
E. Authorization for Third-Party Bookings
The Client authorizes Vital Tip Immigration to make bookings on third-party platforms on their behalf, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of such platforms. The Client ratifies all actions taken by Vital Tip Immigration in good faith under such authorization.
F. Interpretation of Terms
In case of ambiguity or inconsistency between clauses, the interpretation most favorable to Vital Tip Immigration shall prevail.
G. Payments & Cancellations
Final and full payment for services must be made in accordance with supplier deadlines.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits.
Certain bookings may be strictly non-refundable. Cancellation policies of both Vital Tip Immigration and third-party suppliers shall apply, and all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
H. Travel & Flight Arrangements
Unless specifically mentioned, airline tickets are not included in the Company’s service package. Clients are responsible for arranging their own air travel and transfers. Vital Tip Immigration shall not be liable for flight delays, cancellations, or changes in airline schedules.
I. Health & Documentation Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, required vaccinations, and health clearances before travel. The Company shall not be responsible for rejection, deportation, or penalties arising from failure to meet such requirements.
J. Use of Images and Testimonials
Upon successful visa approval, the Client agrees that Vital Tip Immigration may document the achievement in the form of photographs or videos. Such materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, exhibitions, and digital media, unless the Client expressly objects in writing.
K. Marketing and Media Rights
Subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, the Client’s photographs, videos, or testimonials may be used in marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, websites, magazines, or press releases. Clients who do not wish to allow the use of their media must inform Vital Tip Immigration in writing along with a recent photograph for identification.
