Payments & Refunds
Final payment must be cleared before the departure date, as per the rules of each supplier (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transfer companies, sightseeing operators, or other travel vendors).

Service Disruptions Beyond Control
The client understands that there may be exceptional situations where service providers (such as airlines, hotels, or transport companies) cannot honor bookings due to reasons like:

System or Technical Failures
If due to technical issues or unforeseen problems, Vital Tip Immigration is unable to provide the committed service or needs to make substantial modifications, the client will receive a refund of the paid amount (after applicable deductions). Once refunded, Vital Tip Immigration will have no further liability.

Force Majeure (Beyond Our Control)
Vital Tip Immigration shall not be responsible for any delay, disruption, or non-performance of services due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

In such cases, clients will be informed at the earliest possible time.

Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Vital Tip Immigration under any circumstances will be limited to the total amount received for the specific service, minus applicable cancellation or service charges.
